Nel 1903 un caffè bruno aprì le sue porte. Circa un secolo dopo fu ribattezzato come un ristorante accogliente e suggestivo. L'uso abbondante del legno ti riporta indietro nel tempo. Ogni giorno i nostri artigiani preparano piatti tradizionali belgi con prodotti freschi di mercato.
John Stevens, il gestore di questa azienda familiare, è lo chef dietro ai fornelli. La reputazione di De Neu Pruim è cresciuta anche grazie all'ampia e variegata offerta di piatti freschi.
