L'istituto provinciale di istruzione secondaria di Verviers, noto anche come IPES Verviers o IPES 2, è un'istituzione di istruzione secondaria tecnica e professionale della Provincia di Liegi, situata a Verviers, in Belgio, in un contesto verde, in rue Peltzer de Clermont.
Alla fine del secolo scorso, a Verviers non c'era una scuola professionale per ragazze. Rilevando l'esistenza di questa lacuna nell'istruzione femminile, un industriale di Verviers, Robert Centner, nel 1886, decise di occuparsi del destino di tale istruzione.
