Il Piccolo Nete è un affluente del Nete nel bacino idrografico dello Schelda.
Il fiume nasce da numerosi ruscelli alimentati dalla pioggia nella zona tra Arendonk, Retie e Mol-Postel nelle Fiandre belghe, tra cui i cosiddetti Sette Nete: il Nete di Looiend, il Piccolo Nete, il Nete Nero, il Nete di Werbeek, il Nete di Plas, il Nete Bianco e il Nete delle Monache.
Il Piccolo Nete ospita molte specie di pesci molto rare in Fiandre. A partire da Lier scorre insieme al Grande Nete e forma il Nete o il Nete Inferiore.
I suoi principali affluenti sono il Molenbeek, l' Aa e il Wamp.
Il Piccolo Nete scorre attraverso i seguenti comuni: Retie, Kasterlee, Geel, Olen, Herentals, Herenthout, Vorselaar, Grobbendonk, Zandhoven e Nijlen.
