La Chiesa di Sant'Anna è un edificio ecclesiastico a Roosbeek nel comune belga di Boutersem nella provincia di Brabante Fiammingo. La chiesa è situata sulla Lubbeeksestraat ed è circondata da un cimitero murato.
L'edificio è composto da un campanile occidentale gotico incorporato in arenaria con una guglia a punta stretta e quattro sezioni, una navata e un coro. Sul lato nord della torre si trova una piccola torre a gradoni semi-octogonale e nella facciata occidentale si trova un portale neogotico con opere di traforo con motivi a quattro petali. L'edificio ha finestre a arco acuto. Le navate neogotiche sono costruite in mattoni, il coro gotico in arenaria con contrafforti dello stile brabante, e una sacrestia settentrionale costruita in arenaria. Il coro ha una volta a crociera acuta.
