La Grande Sinagoga di Bruxelles è la sede ufficiale del Consiglio Centrale Israelitico del Belgio e, dal 4 giugno 2008, anche della Conferenza dei Rabbini Europei. Per quest'ultima è diventata la Grande Sinagoga d'Europa. La comunità ebraica fece costruire la sinagoga in Rue de la Régence nel quartiere di Zavel nel 1875 dall'architetto Désiré De Keyser. Fu consacrata nel 1878.
