La cosiddetta "Burkelhoeve". Una fattoria composta da componenti separati piantati su un terreno parzialmente delimitato da pioppi. Secondo il catasto, la casa e il fienile risalgono al circa 1844. L'estensione di basso volume a nord dell'abitazione risale al 1883. Casa colonica isolata di cinque campate e un piano. Costruzione in mattoni ancorati e dipinti di bianco sotto un tetto a capanna con tegole. Le facciate sono state aperte con aperture murarie rettangolari. Fienile/stalla costruita in parallelo con la strada. Costruzione in mattoni rossi ancorati sotto un tetto a capanna con tegole.
