Villa del 1893, situata in un giardino recintato e cintato con cancello d'accesso in ferro e costruita su commissione di F. Crouwels. Allora chiamata Villa Flora. La richiesta di costruzione mostra l'edificio principale con facciata a gradini di tre campate e due piani. L'ampio bow-window al piano terra non era previsto e risale quindi al primo quarto del XX secolo. Su richiesta è prevista anche un'aggiunta di una campata e due piani con tetto piano. Ora sul lato sinistro ampliata con un'aggiunta nello stesso stile di una campata e due piani con tetto piano.
