I cyberneticatori, noti anche come la Torre Schöffert, sono un'opera astratta alta 52 metri, costruita con tubi d'acciaio. La torre è stata eretta nel 1961 presso il Palazzo dei Congressi ed è inserita nell'elenco dei monumenti valloni. Questa installazione visionaria è particolarmente originale. Il telaio, dotato di lastre, specchi e fogli in varie forme e dimensioni, è messo in movimento da un cervello elettronico, che genera movimento, luce e musica. Questa è l'opera principale dell'artista franco-ungherese Nicolas Schöffer, il padre dell'arte cibernetica.
