La locanda "Casino" esiste da più di 100 anni. Nel 1906 la famiglia Piens acquistò un terreno all'angolo tra Gaversesteenweg e Molenstraat per costruire una fattoria, una casa, un negozio e un'estaminet. Il caffè prese il nome di "Casino" ed è ancora gestito dalla stessa famiglia. La fattoria divenne successivamente un negozio self-service con un parrucchiere accanto. Nel frattempo, tutto questo si trasformò in una sala riunioni.
