La Cappella di Nostra Signora delle Sette Sofferenze è una cappella a navata unica in mattoni in stile barocco, situata in Poeldendries a Landegem.
La cappella è costruita in mattoni e arenaria su un basamento in ardesia ed è coperta da un tetto a capanna con lastre. La facciata è composta da un frontone curvo con un campanile sul quale si erge una croce in ferro battuto. L'ingresso è formato da due porte in legno con grate e un sopraclò rotondo. La porta ha un'incorniciatura in arenaria. Nelle pareti laterali è presente una finestra rotonda. Il coro ha una chiusura a tre lati. L'interno è intonacato e sull'altare si trova una pietà.
