In questa casa progettata dall'architetto Pierre Blondel, vivono venti persone con disabilità mentale o disturbi dello spettro autistico. Ogni residente dispone della propria camera con bagno privato. È stata prestata particolare attenzione agli spazi comuni. La "Villa Pilifs" fa parte della fattoria urbana "Nos Pilifs", che vedremo più tardi. L'architetto ha lavorato in modo ecologicamente responsabile e ha progettato un edificio particolarmente efficiente dal punto di vista energetico. L'accesso sul retro del terreno situato in altura è stato ben sistemato, molto diversamente da quanto è stato fatto per gli altri edifici della strada.
