Bouillon è un centro turistico; in estate ci sono molti campeggi lungo il fiume Semois, che si snoda attorno al vecchio nucleo cittadino. Il paese è dominato dal castello medievale di Godfrey di Bouillon. Questo è situato nelle vicinanze del Semois. Questo castello è nato nell'ottavo secolo. Alla fine dell'undicesimo secolo (1082), Godfrey di Bouillon vende il castello al principe vescovo di Liegi per 3 marchi d'oro e 1300 marchi d'argento.
