Questo percorso regionale GR inizia a Oudenaarde, passa per il Koppenberg e attraverso Kwaremont e Ronse fino a Geraardsbergen. Successivamente, il percorso prosegue attraverso Sint-Lievens-Esse, Michelbeke e attraverso molte 'montagne' tornando a Oudenaarde.
