Trimmis è un comune svizzero di 3 188 abitanti del Canton Grigioni, nella regione Landquart. Il 1º gennaio 2008 ha inglobato il comune soppresso di Says.
Da Trimmis, in epoca romana, passava la via Spluga, strada romana che metteva in comunicazione Milano con Lindau passando dal passo dello Spluga.
