Il Gadmerwasser è un affluente destro lungo 17,6 chilometri dell'Aare nel cantone svizzero di Berna. Scola la valle di Gadmer e le sue valli laterali nell'Oberland bernese, un'area di 168,85 chilometri quadrati.
Il Gadmerwasser ha origine sul versante nord del Giglistock e scorre principalmente in direzione sud-ovest attraverso la boschiva valle di Gadmer. Il fiume riceve già presto importanti affluenti, tra cui il Giglibach, il Steinwasser che scaturisce dal ghiacciaio Stein lungo 5,8 km e il Wendenwasser che ha origine dal ghiacciaio Wendengletscher. Ora passa per il villaggio di Gadmen, attraversa il bacino di compenso Fuhren e riceve a Milistalden da sinistra il Triftwasser e poco dopo l'affluente principale Gentalwasser dalla valle di Gental. 3,6 chilometri fluviali dopo, il Gadmerwasser sbocca a Innertkirchen a destra nell'Aare.
