Cova è una caldera vulcanica nella parte estcentrale dell'isola di Santo Antão a Capo Verde. Si trova all'estremità sudovest del comune di Paul. Il suo punto più basso è di 1.166 metri, mentre il punto più alto del bordo della caldera è di circa 1.500 m. Il diametro della caldera è di circa 1,0 km. Fa parte del Parco Naturale Cova-Paul-Ribeira da Torre.[2] La formazione di Cova risale a un periodo compreso tra 1,4 milioni e 700.000 anni fa.[3]
Il cratere di Cova beneficia di elevati valori di precipitazione portati dai venti alisei. Nella parte inferiore della caldera si coltivano mais e fagioli. La vegetazione naturale e seminaturale occupa le pareti del cratere che si affacciano a nord e nord-est. Le pareti esposte a sud sono coperte da una foresta di Pinus e Cupressus species.[4] C'è un piccolo villaggio nel cratere (popolazione 10 al censimento del 2010),[5] facente parte dell'insediamento Cabo da Ribeira.
