Bad Liebenzell è una città termale e di cura nel Schwarzwald settentrionale. Si trova nel distretto di Calw, a circa 20 chilometri a sud di Pforzheim. Appartiene alla regione Nordschwarzwald e alla zona periferica della metropoli europea di Stoccarda.
Il centro di Bad Liebenzell si trova a ovest del centro della regione del Baden-Württemberg, nella valle del Nagold. L'area comunale ha un'altitudine che varia da 310 a 687 metri, si estende per circa 5,5 km lungo l'asse sud-nord della valle del Nagold e trasversalmente per circa 13 km attraverso le altezze del Schwarzwald. Si trova interamente nel parco naturale Schwarzwald Mitte/Nord.
