Lenzkirch è un comune e una località di cura climatica nel distretto di Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald nel Baden-Württemberg, vicino al Titisee, allo Schluchsee e al Feldberg.
Il paese si trova nell'Hochschwarzwald, nella valle elevata del torrente Haslach, che scorre nel bordo sud-est del territorio comunale nel Gutach, che da allora si chiama Wutach. A sud-ovest, la valle glaciale Urseetal si dirige verso il paese.
