Bad Boll è un comune nel distretto di Göppingen nel Baden-Württemberg. Fa parte della regione di Stoccarda e della zona periferica della metropolita europea di Stoccarda.
Bad Boll si trova al bordo nord dell'Alb Schwabica, a circa dieci chilometri a sud di Göppingen, tra i comuni di Aichelberg, Dürnau, Gruibingen e Zell u. A. A sud-est di Bad Boll si trova il Kornberg, che appartiene al territorio di Gruibingen. Con Gruibingen, il comune condivide la riserva naturale di circa 122 ha Teufelsloch-Kaltenwang situata a sud. A sud del comune si trova l'altezza di Boller Heide, una meta ambita per le escursioni.
