L'ufficio di Plessa è un ufficio formato nel 1992 nel Brandeburgo, dove inizialmente sette comuni nei precedenti distretti di Bad Liebenwerda e Finsterwalde si erano uniti in una comunità amministrativa. La sede dell'ufficio si trova nel comune di Plessa. A causa di fusioni comunali e integrazioni, l'ufficio attualmente è composto da quattro comuni.
L'ufficio di Plessa si trova nella parte meridionale del distretto di Elbe-Elster nel Brandeburgo. Confina a nord con l'ufficio di Elsterland, a nord-est con la città senza ufficio di Finsterwalde, a est con la città senza ufficio di Lauchhammer, a sud-est con l'ufficio di Ortrand, a sud con l'ufficio di Schradenland e a ovest con le città senza ufficio di Elsterwerda e Bad Liebenwerda.
