Sylt /zʏlt/ è un'isola della Germania settentrionale, facente parte del circondario della Frisia Settentrionale, nello Schleswig-Holstein. Sylt assieme a Föhr, Amrum, Nordstrand e Pellworm costituisce la parte tedesca delle isole Frisone Settentrionali. Sylt un tempo faceva parte della terraferma, ma a causa dell'erosione del Mare del Nord è diventata un'isola.
