Sulzfeld è un comune nel distretto di Rhön-Grabfeld, in Franconia inferiore, e fa parte della comunità amministrativa di Bad Königshofen im Grabfeld. Sulzfeld è una località di soggiorno riconosciuta dallo Stato.
L'ufficio di Sulzfeld del principato di Würzburg apparteneva dal 1500 al Circondario imperiale francone. Dopo la secolarizzazione nel 1803 a favore della Baviera, nel 1805 fu assegnato all'arciduca Ferdinando di Toscana per la formazione del Granducato di Würzburg e con esso passò definitivamente alla Baviera nel 1814. Nel 1818 nacque il comune politico.
