La Frankenalb-Klinik Engelthal nel comune di Engelthal nella regione di Norimberga è una clinica specialistica per psichiatria, psicoterapia e psicosomatica. È un'istituzione dell'impresa comunale Bezirkskliniken Mittelfranken, che comprende anche il Bezirksklinikum Ansbach, il Klinikum am Europakanal a Erlangen, la casa di cura socio-terapeutica Eggenhof a Uttenreuth e la casa residenziale e di cura socio-terapeutica ad Ansbach.
La Frankenalb-Klinik è stata costruita nel 1898 sul Reschenberg e nel 1900 è stata aperta come sanatorio per malattie polmonari con 100 posti letto. Nel frattempo, durante la Seconda guerra mondiale, è stata un orfanatrofio. Nel 1973, la struttura si è specializzata nel trattamento delle malattie mentali.
