La stazione di Hohenlimburg è l'unica stazione del quartiere di Hohenlimburg a Hagen. Si trova sulla linea Ruhr-Sieg ed è stata inaugurata il 21 marzo 1859.
La stazione si trova al margine meridionale del centro di Hohenlimburg. Proprio a nord della banchina in direzione Hagen si trova una fermata degli autobus, da cui partono autobus della Hagener Straßenbahn AG e della Märkische Verkehrsgesellschaft verso il resto di Hagen e anche verso Iserlohn, Hemer e Nachrodt-Wiblingwerde. All'estremità occidentale della banchina si trovava un passaggio a livello, che è stato sostituito da un sottopassaggio pedonale a ovest e da un ponte stradale a est.
