Il castello di Lohr, noto anche come castello dei Kurmainz, è un complesso monumentale protetto nella città di Lohr am Main, nella Franconia Meridionale, in Baviera.
La prima pietra del castello di Lohr, menzionato per la prima volta nel 1389, fu posta intorno al 1340 dal conte Gerhard V di Rieneck nell'angolo nord-ovest della città vecchia di Lohr am Main. Inizialmente si trattava solo di una torre residenziale in stile fiammingo, che dal tardo XV secolo era circondata da un fossato e da una cinta muraria. Adiacenti si trovavano, nelle vicinanze, una casa bandiera, una casa forestale, una rimessa e edifici cantinari.
