Il castello di Grubenhagen è la rovina di un castello medievale del XIII secolo nei pressi di Einbeck, nel sud della Bassa Sassonia.
La rovina del castello in altura si trova nel distretto di Northeim su una cima montuosa alta 298 m, situata a sud-sud-ovest di Einbeck e a est della catena montuosa di Ahlsburg, che si erge tra il bacino dell'Ilme e la valle della Leine. Provenendo da Rotenkirchen, che si trova al margine nord della catena montuosa non lontano a nord-est sotto la rovina del castello, è possibile raggiungere il castello tramite un stretto sentiero nel bosco.
