Il Steigerkopf, comunemente chiamato Schänzel, vicino alla città di Edenkoben nel distretto di Südliche Weinstraße in Renania-Palatinato, è una montagna alta 613,6 m s.l.m. nel Pfälzerwald. Sulla cima, che appartiene al comune forestale di Gommersheim, si trova la torre Schänzel.
Il Steigerkopf si trova nel parco naturale Pfälzerwald nella parte orientale dell'omonimo massiccio montuoso. La sua cima si erge a circa 7 km a ovest-nordovest della città di Edenkoben, al bordo occidentale di un gruppo di montagne, tutte alte oltre 600 m; 4 km a nord-est si trova la montagna più alta del Pfälzerwald, la Kalmit.
