La Certosa di Eisenach è un ex monastero dei Certosini a Eisenach, nel Land della Turingia. Il convento esistette dal 1378 al 1525.
La Certosa "Domus Vallis Sanctae Elisabeth" fu fondata nel 1378 con il supporto dei Landgravi Federico III, Guglielmo I e Balthasar. I primi monaci arrivarono tra il 1378 e il 1383 dal monastero certosino di Erfurt. Il complesso monastico fu costruito al di fuori della città di Eisenach, davanti alla "Porta delle Donne" a sud della città. Nel 1382 il Capitolo generale incorporò ufficialmente la nuova fondazione nell'Ordine.
