L'Ifta è un affluente orografico sinistro del Werra lungo 5,5 km attraverso il Klingborn, 8,9 km attraverso il Lüderbach e addirittura 11,1 km attraverso l'Augraben, situato in Turingia, in Germania.
Il Klingborn è una sorgente carsica di forte portata situata ai margini del paese di Ifta. Solo 100 m a sud-ovest di questa sorgente, l'Ifta si unisce a sinistra con il Lüderbach in arrivo da Lüderbach, tramite il quale viene gestita la stazione idrologica dell'Ifta. 500 metri più a sud-est si trovava il mulino Klingborn, il primo mulino per cereali lungo il corso del fiume. Nella zona del paese, l'Augraben incontra l'Ifta da sud. Circa 200 m a est della zona abitata si trova il Wehrecke, dove un canale per mulini creato nel medioevo si dirama verso i mulini per cereali di Creuzburg. Poco sotto il Wehrecke si incontra infine il Rösselbach.
