La caserma Dr.-Leo-Löwenstein è una delle tre caserme di Aquisgrana. Ospita una parte della Scuola Tecnica dell'Esercito. Il suo indirizzo è Kornelimünsterweg 27.
Costruita come caserma Gallwitz, è stata rinominata Dr.-Leo-Löwenstein-Kaserne il 21 gennaio 2014 a causa delle posizioni antidemocratiche e antisemite del suo omonimo Max von Gallwitz. Leo Löwenstein era un fisico, chimico e artigliere ebreo di Aquisgrana, che durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale prestava servizio come capitano di riserva nella commissione di collaudo dell'artiglieria e sviluppò la misurazione del suono per la prontezza operativa.
