Il Pennigbütteler Moor è stata un'ex area protetta situata a est del comune di Pennigbüttel, nella città di Osterholz-Scharmbeck, nella contea di Osterholz.
L'ex area protetta si estende per circa 185 ettari ed è stata dichiarata area protetta il 2 novembre 1985 dal governo distrettuale di Lüneburg. Portava la designazione statistica "NSG LÜ 129". Scopo della protezione era la "conservazione e lo sviluppo della flora e fauna tipiche delle torbiere, in particolare di diverse specie di uccelli, anfibi e rettili adattate agli habitat delle torbiere alte, e in alcune aree la promozione di uno strato di torbiera in crescita; nelle aree periferiche, la foresta di betulle delle torbiere deve restare preservata." L'area è stata incorporata nell'area protetta "Hammeniederung", individuata il 20 aprile 2017, dal 3 ottobre 2019.
