Casa Knippenburg, conosciuta anche come "Castello Knippenburg", era un castello d'acqua situato sulla riva destra dell'Emscher a Bottrop, esistito dal 1340 al 1962.
Casa Knippenburg fu costruita nel 1340. Una cappella seguì nel 1385, che nel 1419 fu ampliata in una chiesa con un campanile.
