La cappella di Anna a Gymnich, una frazione di Erftstadt, è una piccola cappella di mattoni che si trova fuori dal paese, sulla Kohlstraße, ed è dedicata alla madre di Maria, Santa Anna. L'attuale edificio fu costruito nel 1880 ed è sotto protezione monumentale. Tuttavia, risale a una struttura che probabilmente esisteva già nel XVI secolo in questo luogo. Nel linguaggio popolare di Gymnich, la cappella è spesso chiamata semplicemente “Hellije Hüsje”. Ai bambini si raccontava che da questa cappella venivano i bambini piccoli.
