La caserma Von-Seydlitz a Kalkar/Uedem, sul Beginenberg, è una caserma della Bundeswehr ed è il quartier generale del Centro Operazioni Aeree. Prende il nome dal generale di cavalleria prussiano Friedrich Wilhelm von Seydlitz.
Dal 1969, Kalkar è un luogo di stazionamento della Bundeswehr. Nella caserma Von-Seydlitz, situata nel quartiere Altkalkar, sono ospitati uffici della Luftwaffe e della NATO, in particolare il Centro Operazioni Aeree, il gruppo di supporto della Luftwaffe di Kalkar, l'area di supporto al comando 3, il centro sanitario di Kalkar e il Joint Air Power Competence Centre.
