La Torre Re Carlo Federico Augusto sul Monte Löbauer a Löbau, in Sassonia, prende il nome da Federico Augusto II ed è l'unica torre panoramica in ghisa ancora esistente in Europa e probabilmente la più antica torre in ghisa in assoluto.
Fu costruita nel 1854 in ghisa su una base di pietra, ha un'altezza di 28 metri e un diametro di quattro metri, ha una forma ottagonale e contiene tre gallerie esterne a 12, 18 e 24 metri di altezza. La scala a chiocciola interna ha 120 gradini. Sulla galleria superiore, o piattaforma panoramica, si è complessivamente a un'altezza di circa 25 metri rispetto al terreno circostante. Dalla torre si può vedere fino ai Monti Zittau e su vaste parti del paesaggio dell'Upper Lusatia.
