Il Iterbach è un corso d'acqua naturale che si unisce all'Inde da sinistra presso Kornelimünster nella regione metropolitana di Aquisgrana.

Il Iterbach nasce nell'Osthertogenwald, a sud di Raeren in Belgio. Al confine 927, vicino al villaggio di Sief, oltrepassa il confine con la Germania. Gli si uniscono il Periolbach, il Belvener Bach, il Vorfluter Brandenburg, il Vorfluter Schniders, il Reybach e l'Orsbach. È caratterizzato da un aspetto naturale, ma è gravato dall'intensa agricoltura circostante e dagli scarichi provenienti dal Belgio. La valle omonima è sovrastata, prima di Kornelimünster, dal viadotto Itertal della Vennbahn. La struttura del ponte in pietra del 1885 è protetta come monumento.
