La chiusa di Langwedel è una chiusa nella parte centrale del fiume Weser. Si trova nel comune di Langwedel, nel distretto di Verden ed è parte della sezione di controllo di Langwedel con centrale idroelettrica.
La chiusa di Langwedel si trova al chilometro 329,4 del fiume, ovvero al chilometro 5,6 del canale delle chiuse della Weser lungo 8,5 km nel quartiere Cluvenhagen del comune di Langwedel. Essa si trova tra la chiusa a monte di Dörverden e le chiuse di Brema a valle. Il canale delle chiuse della Weser accorcia i meandri del fiume. Con la costruzione del canale a partire dal 1937, parti del fiume Alten Aller sono state riempite o deviate. Il quartiere di Hagen-Grinden si trova da allora in una posizione isolata tra il canale e il Weser ed è raggiungibile tramite tre ponti sul canale.
