La diocesi di Passavia è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Germania suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Monaco e Frisinga. Nel 2016 contava 473.784 battezzati su 610.000 abitanti. È retta dal vescovo Stefan Oster, S.D.B.
Sede vescovile è la città di Passavia, dove si trova la cattedrale di Santo Stefano. In diocesi sorgono anche tre basiliche minori: la basilica di Sant'Anna a Altötting, la basilica di Santa Margherita a Osterhofen e la basilica di San Maurizio a Niederalteich.
