Il Burgstall Ebermannstadt è un castello medievale in rovina, situato sulla Jurahöhe Wacht Knock, a ovest di Ebermannstadt, nel distretto di Forchheim in Baviera. Il castello era uno dei più potenti castelli torreggianti.
Il complesso del castello, risalente all'XI secolo, che probabilmente serviva da rifugio, con una superficie totale di circa 2,5 ettari, possiede un plateau collinare con un diametro di oltre 30 metri ed è completamente circondato da un fossato esterno di 120 × 100 metri. Il nucleo collinare ovale di cinque metri di altezza è circondato a 22 metri di distanza da una muraglia esterna a forma di ferro di cavallo.
