Ramspau è un villaggio parrocchiale nel comune di mercato di Regenstauf nel distretto di Regensburg in Baviera. Ramspau è stato sede della omonima comunità fino al 1978.
Il castello di Ramspau fu probabilmente costruito già prima del XIII secolo. Nel 1312 viene attestato per la prima volta un cavaliere "Weichser de Ranspaur". Intorno al 1694 il luogo passò in possesso del conte Johann Siegmund Anton Franz von Reisach, che dopo il 1700 fece demolire gran parte del castello per utilizzarne i materiali da costruzione per un nuovo palazzo nella valle. L'illustre corte nobiliare fu infine di proprietà dei baroni von Stetten.
