Barendorf è una frazione della città di Dassow nel distretto di Nordwestmecklenburg in Meclemburgo-Pomerania Settentrionale.
La località si trova a sette chilometri a nord di Dassow. Il territorio di Barendorf si estende a nord fino alla baia di Lubecca e ha una porzione di spiaggia e riva sul Mar Baltico di meno di due chilometri. Un'area continua ai confini del territorio a ovest, nord e nord-est fa parte della riserva naturale Paesaggio costiero tra Priwall e Barendorf con la valle di Harkenbäk. Il piccolo ruscello Harkenbäk forma in gran parte il confine occidentale del territorio. La sua foce si trova però nel territorio di Rosenhagen.
