La chiesa luterana evangelica, protetta come monumento, di Santa Cecilia si trova a Gehrenrode, un quartiere della città di Bad Gandersheim, nel distretto di Northeim in Bassa Sassonia. La comunità parrocchiale appartiene alla propstea di Gandersheim-Seesen nella Chiesa Evangelica Luterana di Braunschweig.
La chiesa a navata singola è stata costruita nel suo nucleo nel XVII secolo. Tuttavia, il suo aspetto è caratterizzato dal rinnovamento del 1753. La navata della chiesa è sostenuta da contrafforti ed è coperta da un tetto a due falde inclinato. Il campanile è stato coperto nel 1876 con una guglia coperta di ardesia con una piccola casa in cima.
