Il Stenumer Holz è un'area forestale e un'area protetta nel comune di Ganderkesee, nella bassa Sassonia, nel distretto di Oldenburg.
L'area protetta con il codice NSG WE 311 è grande circa 96 ettari. Essa corrisponde praticamente all'area FFH omonima. L'area protetta confina a sud-ovest con l'area di protezione paesaggistica "Stenumer Holz", che è stata incorporata nell'area protetta ai sensi del regolamento sulla protezione della natura. All'interno dell'area protetta si trovano i monumenti naturali "Bloccaggi nel Stenumer Holz" e "Quercia Spessa Stenum". L'area è protetta dal 15 dicembre 2018. L'autorità competente in materia di protezione della natura è il distretto di Oldenburg.
