Grafschaft è un quartiere della città di Schortens nel distretto di Friesland in Bassa Sassonia. Ha circa 1.700 abitanti. Fino al 1972, Grafschaft apparteneva al comune di Sillenstede. Con la riforma territoriale di allora, i comuni di Schortens e Sillenstede furono uniti nel comune di Schortens. Schortens ottenne il diritto di città nel 2005.
