La chiesa evangelico-luterana di Santa Maria e Bartolomeo si trova a Harsefeld, un villaggio nel distretto di Stade in Bassa Sassonia. La comunità parrocchiale appartiene al circondario ecclesiastico di Buxtehude nel decanato di Stade della Chiesa evangelico-luterana di Hannover.
Un castello e una chiesa furono costruiti nel 969 da Enrico di Stade. Al posto del castello fu fondato un collegio canonico, che in seguito fu trasformato in un monastero benedettino. Il monastero di Harsefeld fu soppresso nel 1647. La chiesa di Santa Maria e Bartolomeo è l'ex chiesa monastica, costruita a metà del XIV secolo in mattoni. Per il coro medievale è documentata una posa della prima pietra prima del 1445.
