Questo tour lungo la pista ciclabile che costeggia il lago è ideale per un'attività fisica immersi nella natura al lago di Senftenberg. Il percorso, per lo più asfaltato, è adatto per correre, passeggiare, fare nordic walking o escursioni (per la salute) – a seconda del proprio piacere, resistenza e condizione fisica.
Nel 2021 sono stati creati direttamente lungo il percorso ciclabile del lago di Senftenberg 3 aree attive, dove sono possibili diverse attività sportive. Queste aree possono essere utilizzate per supportare attivamente l'attività sportiva. Tutte le stazioni insieme formano un allenamento completo per tutto il corpo, poiché sono coordinate tra loro e allenano diversi gruppi muscolari. Ulteriori stazioni sono in fase di pianificazione!
Le stazioni del parco attivo al lago di Senftenberg sono: Stazione di scala a corda sulla spiaggia del lago a Niemtsch, Stazione di stretching alla torre panoramica di Südsee, Stazione di allenamento a peso corporeo sulla terrazza del lago a Großkoschen. Lunghezza: ca. 9 km
