Due squadre lanciano alternativamente la palla da Boßeln lungo il percorso, con la squadra che è in svantaggio che ha sempre il primo lancio. Si lancia sempre dal punto in cui è rimasta la palla da Boßeln. La squadra che percorre la distanza con meno lanci vince.
