Questo percorso segue per la maggior parte il sentiero escursionistico premium "Der Bergener" ma è un po' accorciato. Si può partire e parcheggiare presso il Camping Landhaus Girtenmuehle. Tutti sentieri ben segnati e strade boschive o di campagna. Un piccolo tratto di asfalto nel villaggio di Bergen. I sentieri sono abbondantemente segnalati. Molte panchine e tavoli da picnic sparsi lungo tutto il percorso.
