Il fiume Grejs è un fiume lungo circa 22 chilometri nel comune di Vejle in Danimarca. La sua sorgente è il lago Fårup, a sud del villaggio di Jelling. Inizia dirigendosi verso est attraverso una valle a tunnel, poi si dirige a sud per attraversare la valle di Grejs, la gola più grande della Danimarca, fino a raggiungere la città di Vejle. A nord di Vejle, si divide in due rami, l'Omløbsåen e il Mølleåen. L'Omløbsåen scorre a ovest intorno al centro città per unirsi al fiume Vejle, mentre il Mølleåen fluisce attraverso la città e si immette nel fiume Vejle appena a sud del centro città.
