Il Museo Estone di Architettura è un museo di architettura a Tallinn, Estonia. Si trova nel quartiere Rotermann. Il museo è membro di ICAM. Il museo è stato istituito il 1 gennaio 1991 per documentare, preservare e informare i visitatori sulla storia dell'architettura estone e sul suo sviluppo attuale. Il museo ha iniziato a operare in uno spazio temporaneo in Kooli 7 nella Città Vecchia di Tallinn, dove le collezioni erano situate nella medievale Torre Loewenschede. Nel 1996, il museo si è trasferito nel Magazzino di Sale Rotermann. L'edificio è stato aperto al pubblico il 7 giugno 1996.
